All the new features we work on are developed for the REST API only.
Allegro REST API is based on the HTTP protocol and its methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) and is organised into
resources. The authorization is based on OAuth2.
We recommend using the REST API.
Allegro WebAPI is a webservice, based on the SOAP protocol that use XML messages and the RPC protocol.
The service is fully compatible with all current SOAP standards.
